I really let myself go. I've gained so much weight! I have no good excuses as to why but I do know how I packed on the fat. 👉🏼By making it a habit to eat whatever I felt like and not exercising regularly. 👈🏼I started to work out more but than I injured myself and let that be my excuse. 🏋🏽 Well not anymore. 💪🏼 I'm hitting the gym more and pushing myself out of my comfort zone by beginning weight lifting (attempting to make it a habit) and trying out the various non-weight bearing cardio equipment my gym has to offer. Perhaps this ankle injury is a blessing in disguise because I really should have been doing more to prevent my injury like strength training... lesson learned. (I'm a stubborn woman.) Anywho... . I've made a goal to lose weight and get back in shape but doing something other than just running. In 3 months I'll post a new photo showing any progress I made. My plan is simple: eat less sugary/high fat foods and work out at least 4 days a week for 30-60 min and once I can run again I'll add that to my schedule.
