Uhhh.... So, I have this thing where my brain can’t listen to music and write at the same time. I usually only listen to music or podcasts when I’m doing lineart (mindless drone type of work), otherwise I absolutely cannot focus.
But when I do, I typically alternate between Hozier, MIKA and literally like... just classical. I listened to the entirety of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture at one point and forgot about the goddamn canons in the end and nearly gave myself a heart attack. I also do a lot of videogame soundtracks. The mobile game Alto’s Adventure has a really good OST that’s all on youtube.
I also like Owl City, Regina Spektor and Death Cab for Cutie and honestly that’s about it. My music tastes are always lagging at least 10 years behind everyone else.
