Their round comes to an end. Surprisingly, the family pays off their rent and taxes, a total of ~ $850! I was shocked, because it felt like Grandin spent most of his time cheating on his wife, instead of working... I guess, basket weaving is a lucrative business. 

Fortunately, Darrock Quagg happen to walk past which gave the squire an excuse to evade Clarys’ waterfalls. 

The next household consists of Grandin and Clarys Musgood, who are peasant basketweavers. Neither sim has grand ambitions. Instead, they would rather enjoy a simple life, surrounded by close ones and filled with love... however much their definitions of “love” might differ.

Grandin’s soiree with his mistress is interrupted by the birth of his children. Clarys gives birth to a set of twins, Liram and Larris Musgood. And just like that, Grandin now has two heirs! 

In the wee hours of the night, there was an unexpected visitor! Lucia’s lover, Grandin Musgood, dropped by but she ignored and rightly so! 

Apparently, Grandin’s attraction for Clarys has returned since she gave birth. However, his wife does not forget nor forgive so easily! He has been relegated to sleeping on the bench outside their bedroom. 

Sir Amik invites his guest for a nice dinner. Raymund, the servant, also joined because I forgot to shoo him away. Meals are always difficult because I have to watch the servant like a hawk to keep them from mingling inappropriately (e.g., eating together) with their master. But this time, I said fuck it! 

While his wife is indoors, Grandin heads out to harvest reeds... As soon as he steps outside, a fair maiden catches his eye! Mesmerized by her beauty, Grandin decides to greet her! After getting acquainted and doing some heavy flirtation, they bid each other farewell, and Grandin finally starts working.
