One defining personality trait: he lacks in communication. He’s a very physical person who is better to show his emotions by soft gestures than words and always seems a bit of touch starved cause his hands are clingy

Defining gestures (i.e. lip twitching, keeping eyes on the ground, etc.): the famous head tilt, fiddling with his fingers/watch/ring, avoiding eye contact, scratching his scruff

Speaking style (i.e. fast, loud, stuttering, etc.): he’s often more mumbling than talking cause he is insecure with words. He always thinks he says the wrong thing and that’s why he tries to talk very gentle and only if he’s sure it’s the right thing to say. The only times he gets confident and clear is when he is leading. No matter if in his job as a sheriff or a leader in twd or in mafia, he’s good in being a tactical leader and he’s a natural in that so he doesn’t think too much about it and that’s why he speaks perfectly then.

Positive traits: Brave, strong, tactical, emotional, righteous, protective, loving, caring, loyal, passionate

Negative traits: Jealous, possessive, insecure, self hate, short tempered, control freak, needy, sensitive (some say he’s a cry baby)

Other people’s opinions of them: a lot of people look up to him or admire him in his position, but they also think he’s incapable of being open with his emotions. They see the leader in him but not the emotional lover or man he can be, which makes him think he doesn’t deserve something else than just being this role model for them. In his youth people also thought he’s a loner, closed off and a nerd cause he felt so insecure next to other boys his age. That’s why he’s convinced he isn’t attractive for anyone, not realizing that people get impressed by his leader abilities that can make him seem sexy without him noticing.

Three words to describe them: emotional leading beast

Clothing style (shirts, pants, jewelry, makeup, etc.): his styles differ a bit in the verses, but he often sticks to black or blue jeans and simple one colored shirts or plaids. He’s not super extravagant or eccentric, neither is he even interested in fashion. The only verse where he focuses a lot on his outfit is the mafia verse cause he represents a role of a mob boss and needs to show that off. That’s why he wears a lot of suits in that verse preferably blue or black ones but also flannel checkmate ones. Also he has black leather gloves in that verse and collects watches. His black leather coat is very important in his twd and police verse same for his boots but the only thing that stays constantly through every verse is his silver Kenneth Cole watch. He doesn’t wear any other jewelry besides that (only if he has a wedding band) and always got that watch from someone important in that story.

Favorite way to waste time: Reading, dancing, looking at the stars, fighting (mafia, Professor and twd verse), playing guitar or piano, gardening, spending time with his kids

Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?

He would write down random thoughts that sound like a poem about the one he loves but would hide it later cause he thinks it’s not good enough or embarrassing when in fact he’s very good with choosing words like that

View on home and family?

It’s everything to him. Rick is an old fashioned guy and he loves settling in a place where he really feels accepted and seen. Even if he knows that family can be chosen friends as well, he clings to his roots no matter how harsh his father was in some verses. Sometimes he tries to hide the fact that everything he wants is just settling down and having a big family of his own with the one he loves cause it could show a weakness he isn’t ready to reveal.

How do they express themself?

A lot through physical gestures or romantic gestures. Rick isn’t good in talking especially when it comes to emotions, but if he does open up he’s always honest and deeply emotional. Some would say he’s super cheezy or “too much”, that’s why he often holds that back and proves his love through gestures. He’s using his hands a lot, no matter if for playing music, gardening, writing or caressing his partner, he needs to feel that the other is truly there and clings to them desperately. It doesn’t matter if he pats the head of their kids, squeezes a shoulder of friends or holds hands with his partner, he always needs to touch people he really cares about to show them affection what makes him a passionate lover.

What did they want to be when they grew up?

A sheriff (and a father)

What do you like most about them?

Their strength. Rick went through so much trauma, grief and loss and he fascinates me in how he manages to stand up again and keep fighting. His moral is complex and fluctuates cause he’s so good in adjusting to a new circumstances and while being such a strong leader and taking so much responsibility, he never fails in being selfless for the ones he loves and would go to hell and beyond to protect them.

One or more plots you’re dying to have?

Not one in particular but definitely SO MANY. I want soulmate plots, more pre established relationships from the childhood, a sweet cowboy life in a small town, a survival story like lost… so much 🥺

He’s what I am assuming is average height at 27 ft. (guesstimating from grim and megs both being at 38 ft)

For the most part, yeah. And then he realizes he’s usually the shortest person in the room, not counting minibots.

In holoform/holomatter, hair is a blonde color and short, although it looks like it should be longer but he didn’t know how to shorten it so he took scissors to it.

▸     do they spend a lot of time on their hair / grooming?

Not in the slightest, no. Shortened the hair so he wouldn’t have to deal with it, and only really makes himself look nice if there’s something important he has to do.

▸     does your muse care about their appearance / what others think?

Not necessarily. If he cared for what he looked like or what others thought he’d probably have changed his paint-job by now.

▸     what are some of your muse’s bad habits?

Tapping, clicking, fidgeting, withholding emotions from those close to him, drinking while withholding said emotions. He doesn’t do this as much now that the war is over but working late into the night or all night simply to fil out meaningless paperwork.

▸     has your muse lost anyone close to them? how has it affected them?

Radar and Gatoraider. The death of his squadron sent him one a really negative downward spiral, yes, but losing Radar and Gatoraider hurt the most. While under Bludgeon they had been the only people he felt he could truly trust, and to watch them die felt like having his whole world be ripped apart. He shutdown.

Thundersaur. He wasn’t as close to him as he was with the others, but Krok looked up to him. He was sad to see what was essentially his mentor go, but it sort of cemented in him that he had to do better and carry on where he left off. Even if only by helping other lower-class cons like himself.

Flywheels. He’d grown close to the mech after he’d joined his ragtag group and he’s certain that thanks to him and the others he was starting to do better. But seeing Flywheels be torn apart had him blamed himself. He shut down again.

He was back at square one.

▸     what are some fond memories your muse has?

Hanging out with Radar and Agonizer when they were still young. Visiting a replica of the crystal gardens on some organic planet, because he never got to see the ones on Cybertron.

Working alongside Spinister and Thundersaur for those couple of years, because it felt like they were actually doing something.

Meeting the scavengers and going on journeys with them. Their crazy adventures are all good memories. Despite what he had said before.

Depending on the au: all the people he’s met. 

▸     is it easy for your muse to kill?

Yes? Though he sometimes does think back to the people he’s killed, he has no problem pulling a trigger.

▸     what’s it like when your muse breaks down?

Going back to the above, he shuts down. He freezes. He feels like it hurts every part of his being to move let alone break down. He goes into hiding and isolates himself as best he can, because for the next unforeseeable amount of time he’s going to be unresponsive. I think if it gets really bad he let’s himself cry but otherwise doesn’t.

He will, however, gather all his hidden engex and throw himself a pity party.

▸     is your muse capable of trusting someone with their life?

Yes.

▸     what’s your muse like when they’re in love?

A tad flirtier than usual. Clingy. He wants to show the person he loves that he’d do pretty much do anything for them. He wants them to be happy and safe near him.

incompetent intern hot

your coworkers have a crush on you. if they can even be called your coworkers because they're kinda above you. you sit at the bottom of the pecking order, but when the office sees you fumble another stack of papers or leave in a panicked hurry for the boss's coffee, they feel fond of you. they wanna straighten your permanantly askew tie and fix your hair for you, so maybe you'll get the recognition you deserve.
