So, the time has come. Here you have, for all the TRAOD fans and the TR fans interested in TRAOD lore, the last bundle of notes by TRAOD storywriter Murti Schofield from a larger one that was destroyed. 

I pledged for these notes in @trdarkangel Kickstarter and I promised myself I’d share with the fandom every detail that these pages might contain. And so, I’ve scanned and prepared myself all the 33 pages that compound this last bundle.

What do the notes contain? TRAOD lore and development ideas, beta content that made it - or not - to the final version of the game, concept art, drawings and details. There’s not an specific order in which these notes can be consulted, but I’ve scanned them in the strict order in which I’ve encountered them, and by this way they are numbered file by file.

I hope you’ll enjoy reading and consulting these notes, because they are incredibly rich and meaningful not only in the content but also in the aesthetics, showing the talent and creativity that Murti put into building this amazing story.

I do hope, also, that these notes, which contain new and unknown details, might inspire artists and writers to create new TRAOD fanart and fanfiction, so that we keep alive, as we’ve done all these years, this wonderful story that deserved so much better.

It is unfortunate that Murti’s written notes and thought process were gone. Fortunately, some of those notes were preserved and will soon be owned by that one lucky and generous backer.

So, we just arrived home from London after a several days trip in which we had the amazing chance of meeting Peter Connelly, Murti Schofield, Eric Loren, Martin Iveson and other amazing guys and fellas from the TR fandom world during @trdarkangel live recording sessions at Angel Studios.

The best gift, after having had the chance to meet you guys and getting your signatures was to finally take home Murti Schofield’s original notes of development and writing for TRAOD and sequels, for which we pledged in the Kickstarter campaign. These 32 pages are the survivors of a large bundle that was destroyed by the writer - out of disappointment - after the TRAOD trilogy was cancelled. From the first I was sure this was a jewel that wanted to treasure and keep forever since to this present day I do acknowledge that TRAOD storyline is the best storyline ever written for a TR game, which inspired me my full collection of fanfics - about 10 sequels trying to give closure to this story - and a source of inspiration to keep improving my own writing.

Thank you, Murti, for your inmense kindness when putting this at our disposal, and thanks to amazing @tomb-of-ash and the rest of Dark Angel team for making this chance possible.

Our plan is to scan every sheet and share the notes to the TR community so every fan can read and enjoy them, for which we have the permission of Murti himself. Soon I’ll be posting more updates and details of our Dark Angel experience.
