!!!There are a few good ones, yes! The one I’m using is Gimp 2.8, which has a lot of features that are similar to Photoshop’s! I also know about one called FireAlpaca-- haven’t used it, but it seems to be similar to Sai. Both are free, and I’d recommend choosing the one closest to the one you’d been using! <3

Nope! So far, Chara’s the only human to have fallen Underground-- in fact, if I follow my headcanons about the UT timeline, Frisk hasn’t even been born yet. Everything happening here is set before the events of Undertale, after all. 8D
