"I'm not sober enough to talk about this."
Most conversations he tended not to be sober enough to have. Hence why he always went with the bottle. But that was supposed to have been in the past. He'd done a lot of things while technically drunk, and they were things he didn't want to repeat if he could help it. Unfortunately, there were some days that the bottle looked very damn tempting and of course, today just happened to be one of them. With Danvers back in town he knew that their troubles would be double than what they normally were. Tony had noticed each time the other was in town things tended to get worse before they got better. And then there was the fact she liked to check in on him. They both struggled, but most of the time he tended to prefer his struggles stay private and not be made team business. "And there's no bottles in this place to make it easier to talk about so no we're not talking about it."
