☆ so sorry for the wait on this one, guys! part way through i got hit with some very debilitating art block and a serious lack of motivation, mixed in with the stress of working during the holiday season and just having so many other things i wanted to draw as well. but even despite all that, after pulling through and finally finishing this, this ended up being one of my absolute top faves of the bunch!

☆ this last piece features my main heroine, Sawyer, fully infected by the ravenous, animalistic Gluttony parasite, having turned more primal than primate. Multiple rows of lamprey-like sharp teeth have fully obstructed her entire face, her veins and muscular tissue viscerally inflammed and exploded out from her arms into these horrifically mutated claws, and her infected brain clouded with the sole instinct to stalk, hunt, and kill.

☆ i wanted the perspective of this piece to play into this imagery of a predatory animal hunting you down and having just locked eyes with you, right about to lunge at you and turn you into mince-meat. multiple reference images of carnivores abound, and i think i really nailed it. again, i absolutely LOVE this piece and 100% consider it among my strongest of this year's roster of gore art.
