Spider-Man by Savva Balaev

Following from last year's picture of Meggy with four legs I wanted to do another four-legged character. This time I went with Rulue from Puyo Puyo as I figured having extra legs would be fitting for a powerful martial artist like her. Twice the kicking power! Rulue © SEGA

I was inspired by an artist named Dai1026 to try drawing a four-legged character, so I did so using Meggy from SMG4. I think she'll figure out how to move with them after some time with them. Meggy Spletzer © Glitch Productions

Fade is the System's garbage collector, but she hates being called that; she prefers "Bitkin of Death". Witchy, spidery, and spooky, she's the one who sneaks around sweeping up stray data to make room for more. It's an essential job, but she's stealthy enough that almost no one ever sees her.

Felt like doing something a little different as a break. This is Śina Long from the land of Jadea. Usually she wears clothing (and armor), but I'm trying some new things out with her anatomy, so I wanted to see all of her. She starts out as a bodyguard for hire, but later on joins the crew of an airship as its security chief (and then marries its chief engineer). I don't know where she fits into any larger story, but she's fun to draw.

Flicker's territory is Crimson Canyon, and his job is processing ore, smelting it into alloys and turning it into tools. The Canyon is hazardous; it's not just the molten metal or the fire-bursts from leaking gas lines, but the grinders, hammers, and assemblers don't care if anyone's in the way. This is on purpose; Flicker is both clever and lazy enough to want his job to be fully automated, and the danger keeps anyone from messing up his careful arrangements so he can "work" while he sleeps.
