Shinobi world, there is no second chance there, one wrong step and it's all over. Shisui was not a man who would question himself this much. Usually, his impulsive nature would determine the outcome. But the last outcome was decided by the others. The last thing Shisui felt was the cold embrace of the river and endless darkness. After that, it was just nothing, no memory remained, no concusses, nothing.

How is he alive? Resurrection? Or something else. Some people did believe in the resurrection. For those people death is inconsequential. It's not an ending, but a new beginning. Is this a second chance? The very idea of resurrection was so seductive. Before he rose from the dead did he spend a few years in hell? Is it that simple? Those who were dead live --and those who live believe, they shall never die?

The soul can not remember its previous life, the same was the case with Shisui. Born into this modern world where heroes and villains are always at odds. Shisui lives a calm quirkless life. Yes, he is still without a quirk to which he is grateful. His father has a small carpenter shop, and Shisui is more than eager to learn the craft. All was great till his quirk finally manifested. At first, it showed through physical characteristics. His naturally black eyes turned red. His black hair, curly as it is, black as the night, when his quirk is active would have a few red locks. So, a quirk of eyes and fire, is what Shisui has. Shisui can control fire, and create fire, to help it grow, or just extinguish the fire. There is also the visual part of his quirk, but it has to be within line of sight, he has to see his opponent make eye contact. With eye contact made he can show his opponent the embodiment of their worst fear, it's like they are trapped within the fire without Shisui even using fire on them. The stronger the target's fear, the stronger the resulting compulsion is.

But it is not easy, he almost set his own house on fire, ache on the right side of his head was unbearable. He had to do something about it. Traning was the only option. So he went to the hero academy.

There were so many other students with various abilities. It seemed that after all this, can be a good experience.
