Her foster family loves that she’s the ultimate sweetheart and even when playing she knows when to be gentle. A smarty-pants for sure!!! Still a young dog this girl needs humans that are confident in setting boundaries. She loves to test the limits and is working on being alone during the day while her humans are otherwise occupied with that thing called work! Generally, she is much happier out of her crate being active in the world. Being muzzle trained she does well with other dogs when introduced properly. MUKWA has experience being e-collar conditioned which has helped correct certain behaviours including her need to continuously follow her humans. You can expect to continue working with her on NOT chasing after small animals such as bunnies, even if they are cute. She does like to show off her smarts though and will sit pretty at each corner while you’re enjoying a walk! Having previous experience working with a trainer, MUKWA does well with human direction. If she starts to get nippy when play wrestling or playing tug of war a firm “no” will do the trick. When it comes to bath time it’s a no from MUKWA! Hate to break it to you, but not all dogs are a fan of getting wet. The loud whirr of the vacuum can also give her quite the shock…maybe calming exercises are in her future!
