Blueberry Muffin
"So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being." -Franz Kafka
Mmmmm... sweet blueberries.
This recipe has made me reminisce childhood at my grandma's house. I can "smell" her delicious homemade blueberry muffin scented home as I am sitting five states away. If you are craving some southern comfort and have 37 cents in spare change, spend 7 minutes of your time to make this delicious mug muffin.Â

Blueberry Mug Muffin
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
pinch cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp milk
1-2 Tbsp frozen blueberries
Instructions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug, stir together dry ingredients.
2. Add butter and use fingers to rub together until texture is consistent and no butter chunks are left.
3. Stir in milk (*If batter looks too dry, add more milk). Sprinkle blueberries on top and push into batter.
4. Microwave mug mixture for 90 seconds. Let cool. (Add some maple syrup if you want!). Enjoy!
