and I’m officially a Chicago Mud Queen! Just got added to the roster. 🥰👹😁

I also wanna mention something kinda cool about getting this spot on mud queens. I lost my first match because my partner was communicating that she was feeling uncomfortable, so I pulled way back, did some fun theatrics with her and allowed good to prevail in the battle of good vs evil! ngl at first the hyper competitive fighter part of me was bummed and disappointed in myself that I “caved” and threw the match. But I learned that my partner had a bad experience her first match a while back, and my low power mode was still way too intense (I mean think *grappling* vs theatrical combat - I was definitely *grappling* at first lol). And now I’m so glad I did that, because now I have a friend in her, a friend in the troupe, trust with the troupe, and a spot on the roster! Just goes to show you the importance of sportsmanship, communication and trust above all else! Mud queens isn’t about winning or losing, it’s about sisterhood 👹🫶
