Adding to the other scenario, I imagine Muchisute maybe would pretend he can't do basic activities while sick, even without a fever, and Midori would have to help him against her will. And while the other freaks like Benitsu have already noticed that Muchisute is faking certain things, they don't say anything and let Midori figure that out on her own. So Midori while feeling somewhat conflicted by the situation, simultaneously disgusted and repulsed, I think she might feel empathy, even if reluctantly, and she doesn't think for a second that he might be pretending and just goes along with it 😭
Another scenario I thought of is: what if, after the ending where Midori supposedly dies, she ends up in purgatory with Muchisute? While it's kind of cruel and impossible, I like to imagine the possibility :P

If Midori was requested to be an cleaner/assistant/maid at the circus, I think that means she would also take care of the members, since she can't perform properly as shown in the anime/manga. So, it's reasonable to imagine that she would have to look after Muchisute. This makes me wonder what it would be like if Muchisute had a cold or something
I think he would be the type of person to say he's not sick and insist on the matter, but also, on the other hand, he might try to take advantage of situations. Personally, I think he would intentionally make any situation where Midori was with him uncomfortable

Butttt I got a few so far
-One time the power went out on a snowy day and the first thing Middy did was rush over to Muchisute with the warmest blanket she could find, wrapped it around him and kissed him on the nose <3 He convinced her to snuggle with him, and they rested on that rickety ass old couch, warm and close, their bodies pressed together. It was cold, but the blanket and each other’s embrace kept them warm.
-Even though Muchi now has access to running water and soap, Midori still has to force him or even drag his smelly ass into the bathtub cuz he’s too lazy to bathe and he’s accustomed to not showering 🤦🏻♀️ yuck.
-Muchisute forgets Midori’s age most of time, he’ll be talking to her like “listen, you’re like 10-“, “I’m 12.”, “Wait what.”. When she turns 13-14, “you’re 12-”, “my birthday just passed. I’m 14.”, “Jeez.”
- This question has been on my mind for some time, who does Muchi’s eyeliner now that Beni isn’t there to do it? Midori has tried to do it a few times, and she’s gotten better at it over time. The first time she tried, she got some eyeliner in his eye ouchhhh, it was not a good day for our girl…☹️ But as time went on she got better and was able to mimic the style that Beni drew on him

-Cuz like, we all know Muchi is really mean and he’s not the most sympathetic person, but he can’t deny that Midori is a really pretty girl. He tells her from time to time, “You’re so pretty, the other guys tell me they wish their girlfriends were as cute as you.” Mind you, the mfs who say this are in their 20s-30s 🤢
