The male didnât fool him in the least, he could see the look in the males eyes and he smiled. âI just told you roughly how bad. Of course, I also offered to let you see your wound. Probably needs a new bandage anyway.â He glanced at the the supplies on the end table that rested beside the bed. âYou are injured and sleep would be the best thing for you right now. Tell me what youâre worrying about and maybe I can ease it.â Not likely, he thought. But if the man tried anything, he would put him to sleep.
âWell, Iâm aware, but how long of a rest are we talking? A few hours? Days....â Namjoon could feel his brows pulling together in fear of the answer. His voice was low yet a hint of annoyance could be traced in his tone. â...Weeks?â He wasnât really ready to deal with physical therapy, nor did he have the time. He was an idol with constantly busy schedules and appointments. If it wasnât some type of filming, it was a magazine shoot, if not that, practice. Silently, he cursed himself for not being more aware of his surroundings and not paying attention. He rarely let himself get hurt, but when he did, it was never to a dangerous extent. Usually a graze, maybe bruises and stuff muscles...but nothing this bad... And from the looks of his caretaker, it wasnât deadly but it was still...pretty bad.
His eyes followed the maleâs in regards to the medical aids he had on the end table. Namjoon wasnât a squeamish person. How could he be in his line of work? Things like this happened often...just not to him. âI suppose...Iâll take a look. I do gotta get going soon though. People will wonder where I am.â He had considered saying âmembersâ but wasnât sure if letting on his personal life would be wise in his situation. Extortion was big these days, and he wasnât about to become a victim due to a careless mistake.
He had a million other questions for the mysterious male, but maybe sleep was a good thing. He could practically feel the chunk of energy missing from his body. Though he didnât want to be looked upon as weak. If push came to shove, heâd be up and ready to defend himself in no time despite his injury. A breath escaped his lips and he settled into a more comfortable position, his eyes moving from the male toward the ceiling. âIs this a thing youâre used to? Itâs quite uncommon for a club to have all the necessary supplies for treating a would like this one.â
