#mshenko art

Hello, and thank you for asking!

I'm not sure I know which piece you are talking about specifically, but I can make a guess based on recent activity on my page. I'm not the artist of any of them (I write because I can't even draw a straight line! lol) but I am an admirer of artists and their works and will share whatever gorgeous art I come across! You'll find I've reblogged a lot of mshenko over the years!

That said, I have also commissioned several pieces for myself for my various Shepards. I know a few of those have been going around again recently, so I'll share them here.

@me1onmi1k is the artist who made these two (with my Caleb Shepard)

I know it isn't mshenko, but they also did this one which is a favorite for my "The Golden Boy & The Shady Bastard" (Reylenko) series where Kaidan goes to Andromeda after meeting Reyes Vidal.

@keriweird draws a fabulous Kaidan and made this one which I use as my background on my home tumblr page (again, Caleb Shepard & Kaidan)! She does a fabulous job with expressions, as you can see!!!

Kaidan exhales. “Three years ago. How did you know?”

“The porch swing,” his mother says with a thoughtful cant of her chin. “The morning you two sat outside to watch the sunrise. I was up early to take care of the horses and saw you out there. You were asleep on his shoulder.”

“I tried to stay awake,” he recalls. “He was dead set on seeing an Earth sunrise. He’d never...just watched one before.”

“Well, he did that morning. Only it wasn’t in the sky. You were the sunrise, Kaidan. He couldn’t take his eyes off you. That’s how I knew.”

I asked @okenkrow-art to bring to life one of my favorite moments from Opus, in which Sam Shepard sees his first sunrise. It just wasn’t in the sky. 

I commissioned @bbegrill to draw the original Normandy crew at the Alenko orchard after the war. Thank you so much for this - it’s above and beyond what I imagined.
