I mean, yeah. You’re not wrong lmao. People are upset for various reasons and some I’ve seen are that Tumblr would no longer be a safe space for those who need one that might not exist in their lives otherwise. Tumblr instead will punish EVERYONE rather than just the disgusting creeps who used their platform to circulate CP. It’s basically extreme radical censorship as a last ditch effort to attempt to control the creeps, yet Tumblr won’t do shit about hate groups and literal Nazis.This change will also impact artists and various other content creators because basically they along with everyone else will be at the mercy of algorithm bots to pass judgement on what is or isn’t considered inappropriate so when December 17th rolls around, welcome to the Hunger Games.

Unfortunately David is very friendly with Der Orange Fuhrer and his dimwitted sons and has been for a long time. David has donated his time and money to support their foundations. Of course this was before it was found out that those funds didn’t help any sick children at all and were instead being spent on lavish golf trips for the Trumps, but still. He’s most likely registered republican (Molly is) and one republican politician (can’t remember who, it was like a year or 2 ago I came across a quote from them) was quoted saying David is “very” political.
