“I have a phobia of snakes and when my classmates found out, I was tormented with rubber snakes and water snakes. The worst out of those was finding one in my desk and I was bitten when I reached in to it to grab something. I panicked but of course the teacher said I was overreacting and that I was too stupid to see that the snake wasn’t venomous. I eventually got the snake off, threw it outside, and after having to inspect the wound myself realized something. I could only rely on myself. No one was going to come and make this stop.”
