Thanks. The Butter is citrus. I used grapefruit, orange and lemon essential oils in a base of (all organic) sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, vitamin E oil and beeswax. The scrub is a coarse mixture of sugar, oil, seasalt and baking soda with lavender essential oil and real organic lavender mixed in. It was fun.

awww sweetie thank you. i should just let myself write - i think because i'm a perfectionist and hard on myself i think i should have the whole story set out in my head before i start the first chapter as it were. i'm gonna try to be more gentle with myself.
