So I was about to enter the bakery when Mrs. Bee came by again. I lost my place in like as she buzzed on and on about the latest buzz. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. Just one buzzword after the next. So I stopped her yammering and said “Stop! You’re just pollen my leg! I don’t beelieve a thing you’re saying!” She didn’t laugh. Not so much as a smile or giggle. I thought it was kinda funny. Then she turned and looked me seriously in the eye. Just one. I noticed in that minute her antennae had healed - they were no longer bent. I think she noticed I was staring. “Listen to me,” she buzzed rather quietly closer now and I could smell the honey. “Two words of advice young man - Be Yourself.” Then she just buzzed and laughed so much she fell off the window.
