One of the pieces exhibiting at the round George is a sketch from a photo taken by international activist and photographer @miguel_amortegui_photography the photo was taken from a reportage of the Calais crisis. Miguel used what he knew best and worked inside the jungle teaching people to use camera equipment supplying them with the tools and then giving them a way to document there own story. Many of the people wanted to come to England and so didn’t want there faces documented for fear of facial recognition and deportation. Miguel had gone on to publish a book called #voicesofthejungle where you can see images and first hand experiences of everyday people that have had it all taken away, and the amazing lengths they have gone to to just start again go and follow @miguel_amortegui_photography . . . . . . #thejungle #theroundgeorgesbrighton #brightonartist #brightonartistopenhouse #mrnayfking
