feel the perfection of your lips
for @mpxfelix continued from here:Â
"Yes." The single word left his lips so quickly, Felix almost thought he had imagined it. But then he realized he hadn't, and that was probably a bad thing. Or was it? It was really hard to think clearly with Han's face hovering just a few inches from his, his soft, pretty eyes basically staring into his soul. This felt like some kind of ambush- he had just been making them popcorn, leaning against the counter while the air popper worked its magic, and suddenly Han was right in front of him.
How rude, to not even give him the opportunity to get flustered and make an escape.
The whole thing wasn't computing in his brain. Maybe he had misheard. Or maybe Han had gotten drunk before coming over to play video games? That made no sense, but it somehow made more sense than a sober Han asking to kiss him. "I mean- what?"
felixâs reply is instant, which heâs very glad about because his impulsive question had been much the same. yet thereâs a confusion right behind it that he doesnât think he should just gloss over, not after everything thatâs happened to felix before. so he lingers there, inches away from felixâs face, waiting for more realisation to seep into his best friendâs expression.
thereâs a slight bit more life in felixâs eyes when he speaks again, and so han smiles a bit wider, a bit of amusement and a lot of love for his friend in the expression. âkiss,â he repeats then, but itâs all he says, because he thinks itâs safe now to cross the last bit of distance, so he does.
itâs just as nice as it was the first time, and so the popcorn is quickly forgotten as he steps closer, filling up the space between his friendâs legs and letting his hands rest in felixâs sides. how nice to have discovered this thing and to like it so much, as well as to be able to do it again so relatively soon.
