The Tex-Mex restaurant that's ideal for the whole family is now here at SM BF Paranaque! Welcome to Fiery Style SM BF! Check out these starters: Crispy Chicken Strips P198 - These yummy morsels of Chicken breast strips in Louisiana-style coating are served with a dressed salad garnish and Texan-style bbq sauce. I know my kids would love this and would definitely enjoy the bite-sized pieces. Truffle Chili Cheese Finger P248 - Dainty cheesesticks with a hint of truffle. There's some sugar and chilis on the cocktail glass where it was served so I figured this was for the ladies -- sugar and spice! Southwestern Baked Mussels P288 - A little taste of how Fiery Style serves their seafood. These are lovely baked mussels with a mix of chilli and cheese. I don't care if it's hot but is delicious! Onion Ring Stacker P278 - This reminded me of that game we use to play as kids, stacking rings on tiny pegs inside a water-filled controller. The onion rings were crispy and huge, served with 2 flavorsome dips - zesty garlic mayo and tangy baconnaise. Fiery Nachos P388 - For just P388, you get to experience a most unique kind of nachos layered with tons of cheese sauce, ground beef and more fiery chilis to kick start your night. You do have a choice between corn chips or potato chips, but I find the corn chips more authentic and flavorful. The chips are then topped with nacho cheese sauce, some guacamole, tomato salsa, refried beans, black olives and sour cream. This whole smorgasbord of flavors is encased in a tin mold of some sort, and they serve this tower of nachos with a flourish right at your table! For drinks, I gravitated towards the Strawberry Paloma. Supposedly served with some alcohol, I asked for the friendly staff to make mine a virgin.
