is there a way to move around layers? like putting something below the bottom layer??
In the layer list, click and drag (without releasing the mouse button, or while keeping pressure on the graphics pen) on the layer you want to move up or down. A red line will show where the layer (and the mouse button) can be released (or “dropped”).
If you have 3 layers, and drag the top layer down, as it crosses over the middle layer you will see a red line appear between the middle and bottom layer, indicating the layer can be released there. Drag a little further down. As it crosses over the bottom layer, you will see the red line appear beneath the bottom layer, indicating the layer can be released below the bottom layer.

Is it possible to move around layers within the layer stack?
You can only grab one and drag it around.
