Hello, sorry for the wait! Once again, no new named characters in Chapter 4. So instead, let’s focus on the Gryphea royal family. Rayed Slug is Falcogona Gryphea’s late wife, and it is she and her husband who founded the Gryphea kingdom together. Together they had six heirs, Mustilizans Andracoides, Blue-Stripe Nettle Grub, Andraca Oliviacea, Perola Clara, Black Cup Slug, and finally Kentish Glory. 

Completely non-political moth dancing, unrelated to the deaths of any notable people in the last 24 hours ;).

In-Universe Worldbuilding post about the White Pebble Island ft. some fancy moths in regional and formal dress. 

There aren’t any new named characters introduced in the next chapter. However, Peach Blossom’s parents, Green Pergesa and Tufted Thyatirid, do make a very short cameo. I was kind of unhappy with Green Pergesa’s original design, so I decided to redesign her and finish Tufted Thyatirid’s design too. You’ll have to wait a bit longer to meet Peach Blossom’s siblings!

I made this post talking about caterpillars and what they are like in relation to the Moth Gallery world, because I haven’t really mentioned this before this point. I hope you find it interesting! I may make these sorts of worldbuilding/informative posts regularly from now on.

Hi everyone! It’s 2021 for the gregorian calender now. So happy new year! Two new moths for this new year and the next chapter, which will come out soon. First is Purius Superpulverea, Kentish Glory’s advisor and right-hand-moth. Second is Cinnamon Eublemma, Green Blotch’s friend and room-mate at the Gryphea court.

Also - a reference for Prismostica Regalis! Her egg, three of her instars(from when she first hatched to when she is ready to create her cocoon), and her cocoon.
