I am making a blanket. The starting chain is really long. In order to keep count, I used stitch markers every 10 stitches. It worked perfectly! Hope this helps you with starting your big projects. 🖖 P.S. - thanks Mom.

In an earlier post, I had to figure out how to make a particularly long chain to start my newest project. A blanket using the moss stitch. This stitch is also known as the granite or linen stitch. Either way, it's beautiful and warm and easy to stitch. Really excited at what is already done.
