Oats porridge (4 spoons of oats cooked in 250 ml milk in medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes) Generous drizzle of honey Nendhala pazham (A type of banana that's famous in Kerala, perceived as healthier than normal one) Almonds and cashews soaked overnight and chopped. On top of that, I also had couple of boiled eggs and that is how my morning was sorted.
