So I've finally given in and am gonna start playing League of Legends at my boyfriend's request. Thing is, I need people to play with. Add Kayliebee613 if you don't mind playing with someone who doesn't know what she's doing.

50 Days to Anime Expo!

I never said ‘I love you’. I was 16, and he loved me but I didn’t love him. I loved having a boyfriend for the first time. He said ‘I love you’, and I said ‘…thanks.’ I told him, I wouldn’t say it until I knew what love was. Because at 16, I was right. I didn’t know. Of course that didn’t last, and it didn’t last because I didn’t love him. 2 years later, I’m 18. With another boy. A different boy. This time, I said it first. Because I realized you don’t ‘know’ what love is, you feel it. And when you feel it for the first time… that is how you know it’s true. So I said it, and held my breath, and waited for the response. ‘I love you too,’ he said, and I exploded, tears of excitement and happiness. It’s true. I do love him. I love his crazy hair, and how his chocolate eyes smile, and the way it feels when he holds me, the powerful kisses in the rain, the little kisses when I’m sleeping; I love that he showed me the wonders of Legend of Zelda, and he joined my quirky fandoms with me. I love that he thinks I’m beautiful and strong, stronger than I think I am. And I try to show him. I try to show him with little messages, or surprise visits, or holiday presents. But there are problems. I get frustrated and angry. But that’s the way it is sometimes. Love is not meant to be easy. It’s something you have to be willing to fight for, and sometimes you need to put others before you. So the question is, are you willing to fight for someone? And if so, are they willing to fight for you? Words are cheap talk; promises can be made and not fulfilled. It’s a factor of honesty. And if love doesn’t have honesty then it’s not real. You’re not going to love every facet of someone. Love isn’t going to change them. And saying ‘I love you’ won’t make problems go away. But if you’re willing to fight for someone, love them in spite of their faults, and do what it takes to make it work—fights and all—then it’s just possible to go the distance. I am a strong believer in love, but it’s definitely not easy.  

I fully intend on having my Homestuck friends come over JUST to play this stupid thing when I'm done.

So fucking stoked man. Today iruvtentacles, zenally, and I booked our rooms for AX. Only thing left to do now is actually save the rest of the money, and get the badge, and finish my cosplays. Only 5 months left!!

I think one of the funniest things about AX this summer will be me and Grantaloon because yeah we're doing Meowrails together but other days it'll just be like "who's that? Oh Fluttershy and Roy Mustang are kissing yeah that's cool."
