Just like her name foretold, Morwenna felt as if the waves of the sea were crashing in on her.
Clinging to Jackie in more hiccups and sobs, the ginger buried her face into her chest,
β I donβt β hic β I donβt WANNA hurt anyone ! β
Just like her mother, alright. Fighting until the very end to not hurt a soul. Even if she did have parts of her ruthless father, Morwenna also sported the undying love Eleanor held for everyone.
β Canβt you just do it ? ! Canβt I just hide somewhere until itβs all done ? ! I can learn how to shoot some other time ! β
Jackie stands up, holding her little sister close.
She can feel Morwenna's face burying in her chest and rubs the girl's back, in an attempt to calm her down.
"Ye most likely not be havin' teh," Jackie comforts in a soothing tone, attempting to bounce the girl a bit.
The woman whispers, "Just like yer fuckin' mother," with no little amount of fondness. She continues to keep her little sister as close as she can.
Unlike Candle, Morwenna is allowed to be as close as she wants whenever she wants, save dangerous situations
"This not be about learnin' teh shoot love, this be about ye bein' safe," she responds, regret in her tone, "Hidin' not be enough, 'm afraid. If anyone be in the room other than me, ye need teh shoot."
Jackie will inevitably need to leave soon in order to get a handle on the situation. Morwenna cannot come with her.
"Listen teh me, Morwenna," she speaks confidently, but with a gentle tone, "Ye most likely not be needin' teh do anythin'. But there be a chance. A chance I not be willin' teh take."
She then sighs, knowing how horrible a time this is to bring up.
"I also need teh leave fer a bit. I be comin' back as soon as I can. and I not be gone fer long, but I not be able teh make sure yer safe and get us out of this at the same time."
