Fi is going to have another busy evening and is...
fi noâŚâŚ
an abundance of information can be both a good thing and a bad thing ; w;
2, 7, 37, 43 for fi!
2. Do they have any titles? How did they get them?
Scout. Fi was a scout for her pod, though she had a lot to live up to considering her mother was probably the best scout they ever had.Â
7. Did they have lots of friends as a child? Did they keep any of their childhood friends into adulthood?Â
Fi's immediate friends were her litter mates, children born around the same time that she was. She also had friends in the royal palace of the sea, particular with one of the royals' children, their youngest. She hasn't had contact with any of them in over a year, ever since she was stranded on land.
37. Do they like to read? Are they a fast or slow reader? Do they like poetry? Fictional or non fiction?
Fi LOVES to read. She's pretty fast when she reads. Once she understood what poetry was, I don't think she'd really enjoy it. Fi likes to read to learn and there isn't a whole lot of that in poems. Non-fiction would be the type of literature she gravitates towards. Books about cultures, religions, languages are typically what she reads. Children's books would also be a favorite, as their information is generally simple and easy to comprehend.
43. Are they religious? What do they think of religion? What do they think of religious people? What do they think of non religious people?
I don't think Fi would be much of a religious person. She's probably aware of the concept, but from what she understands, a lot of religion is about putting ones faith and trust into a godly being to give them strength; but for Fi, she puts all of that in herself. She wouldn't look down on religious types, but would find it fascinating. As for the non-religious, she wouldn't really think of anything different.
morphogenetics replied to your post:the first result for âpokemon go leadersâ
what why
because yellow is the only one who doesnât look painfully serious. imo mystic got the worst design, thereâs just too much going on and none of it makes sense. valor and instinct are pretty clean
axema: 1, 2, 10, 14, 18, 23 || juliet: 1, 2, 5, 8, 17, 20 || red: 1, 2, 8, 18, 19, 22 :) :) :)
Axema
1:their voice
Axemaâs voice is deep, and naturally loud, with a little rasp to it. Â Though, if pressed hard enough, he could be much softer, and have more of an inside voice. Â There is a bit of an accent, the closest I could say is the same accent of someone from say, Saudi Arabia, though heâs mostly lost it.
2:their smile
He almost always shows teeth with his smile, and though he looks intimidated when heâs not smiling, all of that air goes away as soon as he flashes the smile. Â Itâs a way that he lets others know heâs approachable, that he wonât hurt them, and that looks with him are deceiving.
10:their fashion sense
I guess the best way to describe his fashion sense is that, at the moment, he doesnât really have any. Â Heâs mostly gone with beggarâs rags because he feels he doesnât deserve the casual, and formal robes he was offered in his society. Â If convinced, heâs definitely one that would wear his robes more often, rather than say pants and a shirt. Â Mina, would probably be one that would convince him to wear the latter, though.
14:how they react to burning their tongue on food
â?????? You can burn your tongue on food?â
18:how they sleep
On his back, but can switch from on his back to on his side with his knees slightly bent. Â It all really depends on what feels comfortable to him at the time.
23:how they act when theyâre sick
Much like Sordnan, he might try to hide the fact that heâs sick. Heâll try to act like heâs clearing his throat, or find stealthy ways of blowing his nose. Â Heâll never full on say heâs sick, and when he does, he wonât try to rest or anything. Â He will still feel that he is needed to do several different things. Â Whenever he sneezes his flame hair just flares right up.. Â Though Natalia has helped convince him to rest and sit down in similar times.
Juliet
1:their voice
Soft, french accent is heard clearly throughout her speaking. Â It almost feels sing-songy with how she speaks most of the time. Â Her voice is definitely how some would describe a grandmotherâs, despite it sounding much younger. Â Itâs just, very, very relaxing.
2:their smile
Fanged, obviously, yet it doesnât lose itâs welcoming feeling that it produces. Â Seeing her smile makes many people forget about the troubles throughout the day, and she likes it just that way. Everyone is so young, and full of life, so she tries to make her smile remind them of that. Â Warm, welcoming, familiar, just something that could make all the troubles of today go away, even for a few moments, is what she aims for.
5:their shortcomings
Catching up with lingo, slang, or just new words of the modern age. Â As she grows older, newer words are invented, newer words are used, and older words die out. Â There are so many influences that one could have in a language, that it just feels so hard to keep up.
8:what they like to eat
She used to adore various different types of bread, and pastries. Â Used to, because now all taste has essentially gone away, and blood is really the only thing she can have that sustains her. Â At least raw steaks can sometimes change up the diet.
17:their ambitions
To watch the party grow, to see them evolve from what they are now to the future they have in store for themselves. Â She wants to see them get to their own end goals, and she wants to provide that little bit of support to them. Â She had a rule about these sorts of things, never get too attached with anyone. Â Sheâs already broken it.
20:their reaction to a mystery love letter
âOh my⌠for an old crone like me?  I could never settle down with someone who couldnât live as long as I have.  Golly, the way they describe me⌠it almost makes my still heart beat again.â
Red
1:their voice
Much deeper than Axemaâs voice, with the sound of cracking rocks behind it. Â With each word, it almost sounds like pebbles become displaced in him, yet it doesnât seem to hurt him. Â Itâs just so strange hearing this guy talk, but also very interesting.
2:their smile
Itâs a little stiff, but it doesnât lose itâs soothing nature. Â Unlike Juliet, and Axema, he doesnât show teeth in his smile, itâs a closed lip smile that radiates forgiveness. Â As if nothing in your past could really doom you at the moment, as if heâs forgiven you without you even knowing what you did wrong. Â As if heâs accepting you for what you truly are.
8:what they like to eat
Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.
18:how they sleep
As of right now, sitting up, leaning up against a wall that can support his weight. Â If he had the opportunity, it would probably be on his side.
19:their reaction to betrayal
Red would look at them, forgiveness already in his eyes, he isnât angry or the very least bit upset about their betrayal. Â All Red can do is simply bow his head, understanding that sometimes this happens and itâs not always entirely in the betrayerâs control. Â Three words are all he needs to say to the person.
âI forgive you.â Â In a soft, yet deep voice.
22:what theyâre like on two hours of sleep
Dozing in and out throughout the day, his head lowering slightly and catching a few moments of rest before shooting back up. Â Trying to stay awake but having lots of trouble doing so.

lucyle 9, 15, 34, 51, 69
9. Does your character have any accidents or stunts from the past that theyâre extremely embarrassed about or had a funny result? Details please!
Well, Lucyleâs first attempt to stop crime ended up with her cape going in front of her face rendering her unable to see the bad guy. Â Needless to say instead of making a grandiose entrance, the bank robber just laughed at her. Â But the police helped stop the crime at least!
15. Does your character have a deep and/or dark secret? If so, what is it?
Yes. Â Lucyleâs secret is that she ships her friends.
34. Â Has anyone ever given your character a really important gift? What was it? Do they take care of that gift today or have they since lost or broken it?
Lucyleâs father gave her a Superman pin on her fifth birthday that really inspired her to do her best. Â She tries to keep it on her person at all times either in her purse or any bag she tries to carry with her.
51. Â Do they find that they care what others think of them? or do they not really mind how others view them?
Lucyle goes around dressed in a superhero costume wanting to stop crime and still believes in Santa. Â She doesnât care what others think about her at all. Â She just hopes she inspires some pedestrian or person to go out and try to make the world a better place too.
69. Â Do they enjoy facing their fears? CAN they face their fears? If not, what do they do in a situation where theyâre forced to face them?
Of course, she doesnât, nobody really enjoys facing their fears, theyâre fears for a reason. Â But that doesnât mean she canât face them. Â She will stand up against her fears to prove that even if you are afraid of something, that doesnât mean you have to let it walk all over you. Â You have to learn to stand up against them and that means being afraid of them while you stand up against them. Â Her fear will not make her back down.
my friend axema 3, 6, 12, 20, 22, 23, 29, 33, 35, 36, 54, 66, 68, 72, 76, 80, 84, 87
3.Whatâs one skill your character really wishes they had?
Axema would really want a skill that allowed him to think things out rather than just immediately or on the fly. Â He'd want to be able to just sit back and think of things objectively, and now pressure himself into jumping headfirst into it. Â His intelligence is often dampened by his wisdom during situations, and he realizes this. Â So if there's any one skill he wants it's that.
6.Do they collect anything/have a collection?
Axema likes to collect currency from different parts of the world, it's something that he started as George. Â Now that he's regained his intelligence, he wants to continue what George started because he thinks it's interesting. Â So far he's gotten currency of dwarves, the eastern elves, and the current society they live in now.
12.Your character has the opportunity to have one wish granted. Would the wish only benefit them, someone else (one person or multiple), or everyone? And what would that wish be?
Someone else, Axema always thinks of others before ever thinking of himself. His wish would probably be something along the lines of wishing all the people he killed while under The Crimson Monster's control would be revived. Â He'd never be able to truly undo his actions, but he'd want those who lost their lives to come back and have their judgment on him, whether good or bad. Â Ultimately, he just wants them alive again.
20.How would your character define love?
Axema would see it as a strong, emotional attraction to someone else, something that could start off as friendship and develop over time. Something that can't immediately happen, but something that you can evolve into. Â That the more you put thought into the person, the more you just can't think of anyone else. Â While they are still your friend, and that is something to cherish on its own, you want to take the next step with them, to create a bond with them, to share your life with them and do more than just what friends would do. Â A step beyond friendship, where you're not thinking of just the activities you want to do with them, but you think about them over the activities.
22.Do they have any nervous habits? If they know, what made them start doing them?
He paces a lot when he's nervous, it's just a feeling of being unable to sit still. Â He doesn't remember when he started to do this, but it's something he's done since he could be considered a teenager.
23.Does your character know any languages apart from their native language? What one would they like to learn?
He knows Common and Ignan, the two languages he's really had to know most of his life, as well as a third language Terran. Â Ignan being the tongue of fire and usually spoken by fire elementals, whereas Terran is the tongue of Earth, being spoken mainly by treants. Â But there is one other language he wants to know, mainly because of how he feels towards them and the strong bond he feels they have, Samsaran.
29.If they could change just one thing about themselves, what would it be?
Axema would really want to change how intimidating he looks, he's very big, even by Ifrit standards, and he wishes he could be at least a little leaner. Â He feels that his presence intimidates people who would normally want to talk to him. Â So if he could just a tad gentler, he would really love that.
33.In your characterâs opinion, is it okay being content in one place, or are people just wasting their time if they donât explore?
Axema can be content being in one place, as he was a temple guard for a good chunk of his life. Â But he would love to explore just as much. He wouldn't think they'd be wasting time, as people do what they like to do, but exploring is just as fun as finding things to do wherever you may be. Â You can meet new people, see new things, as well as learn something you probably never would have known if you didn't explore.
35.Speaking of items, what is their most prized possession? If they have one that is.
Axema still has a badge, or mark of sorts that signifies he was once a temple guard. Â They had a symbol for it, he keeps it in his pants pocket. Â He dares not wear it anymore, he's already sullied that enough in his opinion.
36.Tattoos. Do they have any? Do they want any?
Well, Axema has a brand mark of his prisoner number on his face. Â But he would love to cover that up with something else. Â If he could ever change the past, he'd love to have his old temple guard symbol tattooed over his prisoner number. Â Then he could have something to remember his past fondly.
54.What kind of weather do they like best? How do they enjoy that weather?
Warm weather, where the sun is out, and people can bask in its glory. When it's cold people tend to shake a lot, they tend to shiver, and he doesn't want to see people become that uncomfortable. Â Then again they do in warm weather as well, he just never feels it really.
66.If they were free to do anything, be it cruel, kind, or otherwise, without fear of repercussions, what is it that your character would do?
Axema would admit his feelings to someone and tell them he wants to move beyond friendship with them. Â He'd rather not go back and atone for his crimes so long as he knows that there was someone waiting for him to go back at home. Â He no longer wants to be executed, and really just wants them to know that he values them very much, they treated him differently than most others did, and rather than chastising him for what he was doing, they were polite and told them how to sit properly. Â They've both grown, and while they're relationship hasn't evolved past the friendship stage, he would value and treasure them greatly, even if they just remained as friends. Â But he feels at the moment that the repercussions would be too much, and they'd use them against him. Â So he wants to wait for a time when things aren't so dangerous.
68.What, in your characterâs life, puts the most pressure on them?
Being possessed by a liquid demon that consciously put him to the task of killing all the other temple guards that were on duty and stealing the Flame Lord's holy sword. Â It still pressures him to this day, and he wishes he could go back and change it.
72.Do they like to read? If so, whatâs their favourite genre? Favourite author? Favourite book?
Axema loves to read, actually.  He very much enjoys books of adventures and epics.  While he may not have a favorite author, I feel like he'd enjoy something akin to The Hobbit, or something like Treasure Island.
76.Which one of the five senses is most important to them?
Axema would probably lean towards sight, being unable to see really takes away the natural beauty of a lot of things. Â Even just hearing something brings a vivid image to mind, the way one describes something in a novel, the way the sunlight beams down and provides such a beautiful image for one to see, it's something he values a lot.
80.How do they spend a rainy day?
Reading, talking with friends, cooking, whatever they can do to keep their mind busy.
84.What do they do if they have a really bad nightmare?
He'd want to tell people about, someone close enough to them such as a best friend, a lover, a parent, but ultimately he might keep it to himself. Â Axema isn't always the best when it comes to reaching out to someone else about this. Â He'd try to convince himself it's just a nightmare and not talk about it to anyone, but it would clearly be on his mind if it was something that really affected him.
87.Whatâs their favourite physical activity?
Exercise, but he'd also really enjoy something specific like sports. Especially something like wrestling where he can just roughhouse a bit, like with Mina, I feel he'd enjoy doing something like that with her because they both can handle each other's strength very well and wouldn't end in a broken bone or something for one of them.
@morphogenetics tried to send me an ask with a bunch of the character questions, but tumblr being tumblr ate it and the ask disappeared into the void. so she sent them to me over skype. under a cut because itâs a lot and itâs kinda long
3. Whatâs one skill your character really wishes they had?
Telepathy. It would be very handy to communicate with someone through the mind alone. Moriko is in animal form so often and lacks a good way to communicate, so telepathy would be such a good solution to this.
5. Do they like music? If so, what kind of music do they enjoy?
Moriko loves music, but most of her musical taste is rooted in trashy pop. Mostly stuff from her homeland of Japan but she'll consume any kind of pop.
6. Do they collect anything/have a collection?
Does a collection of rats count? I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she just had a whole nest of rats living under the house that she keeps close tabs on.
16. What is their aspiration? Their goal? Their purpose? What makes them want to wake up everyday and keep on going?
As it stands, I don't think Moriko has a personal long term goal at the moment. She's still trying to figure that out. She sort of had one in the beginning, which was come to the West to stubbornly prove her father wrong in that not all humans were bad, and that plan nearly ended in a total bust. So here she is now working with a bunch of random strangers turned family. I guess her current goal at the moment is to take out Alessa and make her pay for all the things she's done. Moriko hasn't known Mina incredibly long, Sordnan even less, but learning about what Alessa has done to them has provoked such an aggressive desire for vengeance. Not for Moriko's sake, but for them. That's what keeps her going and motivating her to wake up day after day. She needs Alessa to be gone for good.
22. Do they have any nervous habits? If they know, what made them start doing them?
When faced with someone that starts making rude comments about beast folk, she'll start tugging and pulling at the hem of her clothes. She'll pull at threads and slowly wear away the fabric as time goes on. Moriko's worn plenty of holes into her clothing from the constant picking.
When in the presence of a snake, Moriko completely locks up. It is incredibly difficult to get her to move. It either requires the physical strength to move her, or somehow who is really good at talking her out of her panic.
31. How patient is your character with others? Do they find it easy to handle people that try and bug them, or hard?
All things considered, Moriko is pretty patient with most people she meets. That all goes down hill instantaneously if she interacts with someone that is racist toward beast folk. The same attitude is shared against someone that tries to target her friends for whatever reason.
32. Would they consider themselves a weakling or are they more of a tough person? How hard a punch could they deliver and just how tough a blow could they take?
Moriko likes to think she's pretty tough. She's pretty strong for a kitsune and while she can land a nasty hit, she can't exactly handle taking one back very well. If she is in a large enough animal form, she can handle taking blows a little easier, but if we're talking in natural form then it's not as easy.Â
51. Do they find that they care what others think of them? or do they not really mind how others view them?
Moriko is incredibly sensitive to the opinions other people have about her. Sure, she likes to act like a lot of the racist comments she receives from some of the city's residents don't bother her at all, but it really gets to her after a while. If excessive enough, the pressure causes her to revert to her human form just avoid any negative comments. In Japan, she hardly ever faced adversity like this. Not only from the fact that she was sheltered a bit, but also in Japan being non-human is not cause for negativity (honestly you're more likely to get shit for being a foreigner than being non-human). So when she initially came to the West, Moriko was completely unprepared for how people would view her. She had no idea how badly a lot of beast races were treated in other parts of the world.
62. Whatâs something that really repulses them?
Considering that Moriko works with vermin and diseases, you would think it would be hard to find anything that repulses her. Somehow, Alessa manages to be the one thing. Like that is a true feat in and of itself. I'd say snakes as well but Moriko's relationship with snakes is more outright fear than repulsion.
64. What are your characterâs thoughts on liquor? Ever had anything strong?
Moriko likes to drink, at least from the little sheâs tried. Most of her drinking experience comes from drinking sake back at home. She hasnât really had anything stronger than that and Iâm sure if Moriko had something really strong it would knock her on her ass pretty fast.
70. When it comes to clothing, whatâs their style? Do they prefer natural or formal? Skinny or baggy clothes?Â
Moriko values comfort and practicality over anything else when it comes to clothing. She's spent a good part of her life running around in the woods and back alleys of cities and cannot afford having her clothing getting caught on random protrusions from trees or buildings. That being said, she isn't a huge fan of clothing that is too tight, at least in her normal form. Have you seen what happens when you try to fit a tight cloth like spandex over the mass of fur she has? It looks utterly ridiculous.
71. How is your characterâs bedroom? Is it small, big, colourful, simple, messy, organised, filled with their things, sharedâŚ?Â
Back in Japan, her room is small and quite organized. Things were almost always put back where they came from. Given that her and her parents' living quarters were a part of the bathhouse, the room she lived in had a very traditional, homely feel. She had a bookshelf with a lot of books, mostly on various animals and diseases. Her bed was packed with pillows and plushies and looked more like like a place to curl up and cuddle rather than comfortably sleep. There was a nightstand by the bed dedicated to electronics and their chargers: an old cellphone, portable gaming system.Â
In her current home, her room is a little bit bigger than the one she was used to, but it is far less organized. She doesn't have a whole lot of possessions on her from home; what she had come over with was eventually lost or broken. Somehow her portable gaming system survived the trip, but given how busy she normally is, it remains tucked away in a drawer safely. Her bed is plain and lacks the mountain of plushes and pillows from home. There's a desk, but very little occupies it. The only book she has in her possession is a large encyclopedia of dinosaurs she borrowed from the library ages ago and has yet to return. In one of the desk drawers there's countless pieces of paper, all of them with writing on it. Most of it's scratched out. They're all letters started but never finished. They usually start the same way, addressed to parents that still live back in Japan and have heard little from their daughter in the past six years.
76. Which one of the five senses is most important to them?Â
Her sense of smell. Moriko relies heavily on smell to navigate and to track. While her eyesight and hearing are adequate as well, neither compares to the power of her nose.
86. Do they have anything that they consider a good luck charm?
Moriko doesn't really have anything on her that would qualify as that. I guess the closest you could probably manage is her pet rat, Rend. He's been with her for a while now. They have both seen some shit and gotten out of a lot of close scrapes together.
