general update, my skin doesnt like dispose of it's dead cells and new cells grow over it causing these painful bumps all over my skin. the prescribed lotion is 60$ with goodrx. I was told to buy it ages ago by my doctor. I told her I couldnt afford that. She suggested exfoliating 4 times a week. Thing is.... I dont.... I havent. Not in months. When I shave the razor cuts down the bumps and leaves round cuts. It's painful.
The bumps are on both arms, my shoulders, both entire legs, and my butt. i also have Fibromyalgia so ahdhdh I'm having a double pain day and being awake is so difficult cos the pain is so bad it feels like ive run for miles without stopping. my redbubble update is gonna be pushed for a week. which.... i hate
