Meet our family's new addition, her name is Liebchen, and she is truly a darling. She is one year old. I normally adopt older cats but right when the lady put her in my arms, she started purring and fell asleep on my shoulder! Are you kidding me? How could I not? I am completely smitten by this darling little girl. She originally came in as a stray with her mother and siblings. She was the last one of her family to get a home. I believe Holden is smiling because a once stray has found a forever home. She is so playful and wild! She has had me laughing on a daily basis with her young cat energy. It's nice to laugh after being so sad. My son is only use to older cats so it's funny when he says things like, "Mom! I just played fetch with her! A cat?!" ... "Mom! She jumped into the sink! How cat she jump so high?" ... "Mom! She somehow got on top of the washing machine!" Honestly I love it! I think she will give Nicodemus some life too. He is only 12 but is prone to sleeping and doing things that consist of being horizontal. He needs a fur friend that's a little on the wild side! LOL!
