the snippets of them together on quarterback. his mic’d up moments with her. the glances he’d steal over at her. the way he’d always be around her, bothering her, and it’s all caught on camera.

like there’s a clip of her working with him. it’s all smiles and all giggles. he’s on the exam table, swinging his legs because he’s so fucking excited to be with her. she’s his favorite part of the day.

“so,” she starts, her voice catching on his mic, “what’s bothering you?”

“shoulder,” he answers, gesturing to his left shoulder. she climbs up on the exam table, the ruffle of the exam table sheet crackling. she presses a finger into his shoulder, earning a wince from him.

“jesus,” he curses, “take it easy, doc,”

“when have i ever taken it easy on you?” she jokes.

and it flashes to him, in the studio, a wide grin on his face, a blush on his cheeks.

“she never took it easy on me. ever. it’s what made her one of the best athletic trainers out there,” he admits.

In the end, it isn't a story of Ogkaru and Yoshiki but of a "a boy and a monster". Grief, denial, moving forward, compromise, self-loathing and self-acceptance are the main themes I got from the story.

Like Yoshiki said labels doesn't even matter (overarching plot) to the new Hikaru who attained an identity for himself.

Dwelling on the dead and on the past wouldn't propel one forward.

If Ogkaru magically returns at the end of the story, the relationship still wouldn't work because Yoshiki has grown as a person by that time. He'd still move to Tokyo or anywhere else where he feels he belonged.

I'm once again thinking about Good Omens 'season' 3. This time different though.

Clara Oswald once told the Doctor that "Hatred is too strong an emotion to waste on someone you don't like". (Doctor Who, 2005, Season 8 episode 8 Mummy on the Orient Express) (Btw. Doctor Who - strongly recommend. :D And DT is there. And Michael too. Although in just one episode in season 6)

Or in this case 'something' I guess. Anyway - Hate requires too much energy to waste on people and things who simply don't matter to you.

Madonna - I think - also is famous for saying that it doesn't matter what people say what matters is that they talk (about you).

So... Considering both I think we should collectively start simply ignoring GO3. Not talk about it (I think we already said enough. It's crap, end of story), not give it any more of our time, our energy, our peace, be completely indifferent.

Let it die.

Let it be dead and buried and forgotten.

- In my previous Unicronian headcanons post, I mentioned how Cyclonus wouldn't be able to live without Galvatron while without Scourge, he would feel empty and numb.

I changed my mind.

- NONE of the Unicronians can live without the other. If one would die, I think the two remaining ones would die of heartbreak.

- I feel like their bond is just so special. The regular Cybertronians made by Primus are many. They have whole big communities and everything.

- Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge were made by Unicron. Despite them being similar to Cybertronians, they aren't made by Primus. They only have each other in this big black void.

- I like to think that because they weren't made by Primus, a lot of things seem very strange for the Cybertronians. Almost like outcasts, no matter how similar they look, the Unicronians just feel different. But it didn't matter because they always had each other.
