Ashes to Crown: .........yeeeah, I think I'm bowing out of this one for now folks. I can see it could be fun if I was in the right mood but at the moment the silliness leans more grating than amusing for me. Somehow feels both over-explained and also confusing??
I'll save it for when I have a cold and just want to press play on something faintly overwhelming and let it run all day.
It is pretty to look at in an overdesigned kind of way? (@romchat mentioned how much it looks like a comic book which is bang on) Plus Zhou Yiran looks lovely with blood all over his neck* so never say never, but I've got plenty of other things to keep busy with instead. We'll see if anyone manages to watch the whole thing and report back!
*praying he turns up murdering people in something good soon, he looks good with long hair and a sword (in addition to the aforementioned blood spatters)
