@wyngraced let’s all go to the loooby, let’s all go to the loooby: "they're having an old movie showing at the local cinema! you'll go with me, won't you? it's a Cary Grant classic, one of my favorites"
“An old movie at the local cinema huh?”
Crowley phrased again knowing full well he heard him right. Humming he pulled out his phone for a moment and pretended to tap and scroll through it.
“Let me check my calendar. Let’s seeeee... hmm... maybe I can move that up later today and move that over for next week... Oh, that could work. I can make a movie time slot there.”
The demon was trying to be serious but the tone in his voice was nothing but playful and the smile on his face absolutely betrayed him before looking up at Aziraphale. Crowley had come to terms more with the kinds of movies that the angel liked and he wasn’t as prickly about it as he had many years before. He had simmered down since then and he came to enjoy them as long as he watched them with Aziraphale.
“Of course I’ll come with you. I like the movies and seeing one with you would be a treat enough.”
