While visitors weren't exactly all that common at Malbonte's family home, his sister seemed to have followed in his mother's footsteps in the way that she could get anyone to like her, it now not surprising Malbonte in the least when he would run into one of her friends. Cece, someone he now saw quite often, seemed a little more annoying than the rest, considering she now stopped to talk to him whenever they were in the same room; like now, as she walked out into the large, overgrown back garden where Malbonte was sitting quietly, reading a book. After hearing a greeting, he grunted back in response without looking up from his book, only peering over the pages once he realized she was still there, sighing audibly as he asked. "Is Mimi making you wait?"

"Could we maybe go somewhere that's not so loud?" Billie queried her good friend while gaze swept across the crowd that had already formed at 5PM, as it was a typical Friday night, the band already warming up and Billie hadn't quite got her buzz on to allow the voices to fade away. "How about some cocktails at a smaller place, more intimate and then we come back here and show everyone how annoyingly loud we can be?"

She’d never admit it, not in a million years or lifetimes or any other dramatic ass example, but part of her was starting to understand Loki’s side of things. Because as she stood here, now in front of Axel - one of her best friends, one of the few people she’s ever turned to and someone she honestly did like - she had no idea what to say or how to say it. Some people may assume she’d have an easy time with this, she was a massive bitch after all. But Axel knew her better than that. Hunters kept such odd working hours, a thought that Aurelius held in his mind as the clock ticked 3am while painted nails rapped upon the small coffee table placed to the left of himself -- the apartment was stunning, all the little pieces arranged perfectly as though someone with an immensely talented eye had crafted it; no one was around so Aurelius had to pay himself compliments while he waited for his prized dolly. Despite not owning a cellphone, he still viewed being kept waiting (though unannounced) as horribly rude and the gentleman that had been standing for hours holding up beautifully wrapped boxes certainly thought so too. "You have kept me waiting long enough, I would hurry on up." Aurelius sang out in French as Dylan's heartbeat was heard entering the building, though he remained seated as the phoenix finally walked through the front door. "There she is." Aurelius beamed while annoyances remained at the surface, written across his expression. "And here I thought you were dead, lost or taken, seeing as you kept me waiting all night. Perhaps you no longer love me."

Though it had been two years since Caius had jetted off in search of answers, decent music, people that knew how to dress without looking trashy, time moved an inch a day for the immortal ones, and once again he found himself before his two progenies whom had been with Caius almost since the beginning of death. While the Nygaard had touched base with his siblings first and foremost over the past month since his return, he knew it was time to bestow himself before his favourite pair who were literally bonded to him and had to put up with Caius's ways, no matter how dramatic. "Daddy's home." the vampire proclaimed, practically hanging from the doorframe. "Who has been warming your beds since I left them cold?"
