In this world of chance and chances, Will you choose to take one or some? _____________________________________ After the sun set we stood on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, dark figures swarmed about. The moon over head, causing the white water of the crashing waves to reflect. The sounds of the people who had gathered to watch the sun sink behind the horizon, now driving away. And as the light faded futher and my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I realized that these courageous surfers would continue under the moonlight. With that thought came the question, how did they overcome the fear of what could be beneath that giant ocean lurking in the depths? Almost instantly, as I photographed this surfer catch this very wave, I understood that it matters not what dangers there are, only the euphoria of the moment.
