Two years ago, at this time, during the harvest, Simon Woolf was at our winery in the #dourovalley with Ryan Opaz to make our first experiment of #orangewine. We called it #moonlagar because the must only started fermenting in the lagar when full moon arrived. Two years and two weeks later, here is the full moon again to help us make great wine.
