Aizawa wouldn’t be very open about his crush– he’d be the same apathetic guy he normally would be around them or even more so, since he wouldn’t want them to know about his feelings
Asking his crush on a date would be a very straight forward ordeal. He would simply ask to go on a date, if they would say yes he’s schedule when and where and walk away
The date would be in a remote location most likely, just so it can be his date and himself with no distractions or other people to bother them. A possible idea would be the park late at night, as there would be no annoying children or pesky adults
