This book is really interesting because it's only pictures where photographs by her brother, Per Olov Jansson, rather than illustrations.

All the figures- and the house itself- were also made entirely by Tove, Pietilä and Eistola, with the project taking over 10 years to complete in total.

Although I haven't been able to read the book (because of limited prints and it never being translated into English) this has always been one of the pieces of moomin media that has intrested me and I wanted to draw it! This peice took so long though that the official moomin YouTube actually released a short documentary about it before I finished the peice.
