MOOD TRACKER APP DONE SAVED MY ASS

Ok so I've been logging all my emotions, symptoms, activities, etc. into this app I found called Moodflow and LET ME TELL YOU. THIS IS THE BEST IDEA I'VE HAD IN A WHILE.

Bro this is the most helpful thing I've done for myself all fucking year and I don't even have the premium version that gives you fun things like 'insights' that show you when you have patterns in what you're logging.

I shit you not, just by way of tracking these things every day, I am learning more and more about myself every day.

I have c-PTSD, OSDD1/DID, as well as all kinds of compulsive behaviors (OCD) and the app lets you add different kinds of symptoms and label them with whatever area of the body/what kinds of illness they are (ex: digestive). So I can add a label for PTSD and put symptoms like Flashbacks in it, or an OSDD1 label with dissociative symptoms.

I've added different personality traits to my OSDD1/DID label (it includes things like different sexualities, genders, ages, etc. and I am continually adding to it because, so far, it hasn't limited me to any certain number of "symptoms" or "labels")
