What happened 2013?
First thing i'd have to say is that 2013 is not my year (so when will you say it "is" your year anyway?) It has been a series of ups and down on friendship, love, money, interests and experiences. I can't even imagine my life after this year because i learned pretty much a lot through my experiences. So for you to understand me i'll write a summary per month in the whole year. (this may bore you but what the hell stop reading if you think it sucks haha) A month of "new year, new life, new love, and new friends". What's good about this month was i got to spend a lot of money in clothes, shoes and all my "wants" in life but at the same time i had to learn how to budget. I finally decided to make my very own Lookbook (yep kudos to me, and while you're at it, hype and fan me lol). Also, acads were in a hurry so we had our preliminary exams on the 3rd week which i didn't take seriously, i met Patti Grandidge (an ETC host, who noticed my get up and said "I like your outfit" *grin*) , our parents and relatives planned an Ortiz-Luis Reunion, i had my very first jamba juice of the year, hanged out with my hs friends - Aliza, Merz and Gian - at our fave place Isawan and ate dinner at Domino's pizza which was Gian's treat and i can say is January went by pretty fast but i enjoyed every day of it. The month of unwinding, petiks and kilig moments and because 2013 is debut year or the year that all my girl batch mates will celebrate their 18th birthday, i went to the first debut of the year which was my close friends' in dance club Kaye at Prime Upscale Club (and yes it was my first time in a club.. and i was the youngest in there), AB week is coming so i planned what to wear per day and it didn't turned out the way i imagined it to be, it is the month of venue hunting for my debut, the weirdest most embarrassing thing i did this month was on Valentine's Day when i purposely ran into my crush and said "Hi" and he was weird-ed out of the situation (but this was nothing because we got close and i will talk about this on the next month haha) and about the "unwinding" part, i got to spend a lot of time with my blockmates and hs friends since acads went pretty slow and we were petiks the whole month, then the highlight of the month was during the Faculty Show when my crush saw me dance and after that we ran into each other then he followed me and introduced himself. A month of pure happiness. so the ligawan starts to happen in this month with my crush, we had our lunch together, we go to the library together, we go to places together and we text every single day. It was unexpected that our "thing" ended, but sooner or later we had to cause he can't study in UST anymore so he had to go back to his province in CDO. Final exams came by and i really studied hard so my sem ave was 2.344 *boo*, i attended the 2nd debut of the year which was Marjo's - my blockmate - and it was at Yakimix, my month ender was the awesome conversation in facebook with my hs friends - Aliza, Bri and my bestfriend. KOREA! Yep, this is the month we went to Korea and i could never be more blessed for this trip. Also, AB Dance Synergy had a gig at World Trade, then it was the birthday of one of my best friends in STC - Erika. ATM had our very first photo shoot with Evang, then there's this AB guy that i started to get close with. "Blessed" We started the month by having a vacation at Fontana, then we celebrated my DS friends' birthday at Enroute (beer pong place at morato), it was the month of everyday dance trainings, also i watched my fave koreanovela Missing You, we had our ABDS photoshoot and the highlight of this month is the blessing that God gave me: i bought my Rihanna Diamond's World Tour ticket with the help of my Ninong's money (lol) then enrollment started and our last vacay was at Baguio. Start of classes yep in my college the start of classes is really not the start of classes. (bummer) i had this one night i went home 6am because first ABDS had our first general assembly, second is my friend's 18th birthday then third i partied with my brother and his friends, i was stranded once again at UST but this time it was a fun bonding experience with my teammates, we finally found the shop for my 18th birthday dress, #ABFreshO our very first performance for the year, i had my Pre debut photoshoot which was a success (yay) and this AB guy i told you about was just another guy, i'm happy we became friends. Favorite month of the year not only that i can't wait for my debut but really i love this month! the reality tho was that on the day of my debut it was pretty messed up at first but i enjoyed every single moment of it, Aliza and I surprised out bestfriend Merrill at her 18th birthday, (oh and btw after my debut i was blacked out and it was my first time), so my guy best friend introduced this guy who's his blockmate - he's a retard, also my guy bestfriend and i became really close this month (i went to his driving lessons, we had our lunch every tuesday, went to the mall with him and he went shopping), i received a sea of gifts which i'm really thankful for, then it was the birthday of one of my guy close friends who's at USA right now, the World Youth Day from Rio to Cubao was held at Ateneo, then this month ended with a fight with my guy bestfriend. Busy prelims week is coming so i became pretty serious good thing we had a break and went to fontana again, it was Taylor Lautner's fun meet so i went with ATM at MOA, the highlight of this month was when God gave me this big decision to do (because i was cast-ed in the Street dance Competition of our university and i had to choose if i am up to the challenge to go home late everyday and at the same time study well -- so i choose to be up for the challenge and my parents respect my decision), watched the Conjuring at SM Sanla with hs friends, and it was my first time to be a prod head (as an officer of our org) and Himigsikan was a success thanks to my partner Angel. :-) Great month a lot of great things happened this month so i'll start it with my legit fight with my guy best friend but was resolved immediately, i'm really close with shaira now because we hang out together everyday, it was my guy best friend's 18th birthday and he didn't know that i'll surprise him by buying a cake for him,my best friend and i watched Mortal Instruments at SM Manila (my treat), Aliza and I visited Merrill because she had dengue, then it was UST's first yellow day and i watched "This is the End" with Francis' blockmates, the highlight of this month was Rihanna's Diamond World Tour with Sam and her sister (even tho aliza's ticket was terminated i encountered a problem on who i am going to be with in the concert then God helped me because sam's friend can't come so she has a blank seat so she told me to seat next to her), instead of attending my blockmate's 18th i hanged out with my friend Kayla at her house, to end this month was UST's 2nd yellow day and my blockmates and I watched the live streaming at Quadri Pav. Debut: (1) Sam's 18th (close stc friend) at TYA Club went home 3 am, (2) Mica's 18th (close DS friends) at Food Republique after party at Flight went home 3 am, (3) Darla's 18th - stc friend - at Oasis Manila went home as early as 12 am. Pressure and Bonding moments this month is Aliza's debut and i couldn't wait for it because she asked Darren and I to be her emcee's plus i planned out a very special video for her - she held her debut at Sofitel and it was really a blooming night for everyone. UST's 3rd yellow day and Shaira and I planned a matchy matchy outfit, it was time to focus because it's finals week, after finals was UST's 4th yellow day and i watched the game with Merz and Tin at MOA, it was Dad's birthday also my bestfriend and I celebrated our 2 years of friendship, my GWA is: 2.26 *boo*, then while i was shopping at Rob Galleria i found this silver sequined dress at Topshop and bought it for only P500 because it was sale, Biggest test of God Started the month right because it was All Soul's Day and All Saint's Day, after that we celebrated my Mom's birthday i surprised her at exactly 12am with cake and everything, it was back to school and this month is when i met this Eng guy who made me happy (and i will tell you how he's such an arse), we met few of our prof's, chilled with my hs friends, we finally got out yearbook then planned to go to trinoma (w/c was pretty unexpected), the next week i get to bond a lot with my blockmates and training went on everyday, my hs dance club friends invited me to join them to dance at our high school, shaira and i sold hunger games ticket and i got P3500 instantly (lol), and now.. the biggest problem ever that i encountered was when God tested me (because the Hype elims was scheduled on the day of my Echo convivence and so i had to choose only one and of course i chose God first), after that the month ended when Angel and I (my partner in ABDS) had to once again be the prod head in Insignia Gold and it was really successful after that we had a party at Ate Joa's place and that's when i met this guy. I went home by 4am. (p.s. i'm with kuya btw haha) Time to get serious what a great way to start a month with a fierce photo shoot (thanks to my stc friends who invited me), but then unexpectedly Papa Gie died and it was really a great loss for us, on the other hand i finally found the perfect dress i'll wear at Paskuhan and t'was Pacsun Kendall and Kylie Jenner's Sunflower dress *love*, my best friend and i were not in good terms so i went to alabang with dad and kuya and i bought my bestfriend this book that we talked about last year -- it was Stephen King's 11/22/63, celebrated friday the 13th with my hs friends plus it was my parent's 23rd anniversary, shopped for christmas gifts, christmas parties, and paskuhan was def a blast, another unplanned dinner out - overnight at sam's house, then my family and i went to tagaytay to celebrate jesse's birthday, had our noche buena at mama's then CHRISTMAS -- spent christmas yearly at lolo chings'. to end the year was another awesome new year at mamang's! Debut: Bianca's 18th (stc friend) - at Locale Bar went home 3 am. Now come to think of it, this year gave me a lot of blessings. Can't wait for what's in store in 2014!!
