The Weather Outside is Frightful|| Siri & Grillby
Sirilene shivered, rubbing her arms to stay warm as she made her way through the snow. Winter was not her thing, and snow could be considered her enemy. Ice bits lured one in with the promise of beauty and softness, only to be cold and wet when it melted in her socks. Not to mention the death spears that were icicles. Stinging red nose was mixed with the consistent whipping of the hair on her face wasnât helping with the general uncomfortable feel.Â
When she finally arrived at Grillbyâs, it seemed she couldnât get inside fast enough, closing the door between her and âwinter wonderlandâ as quickly as managed without seeming crazy or even rude. Finally able to take a rest, but not before she removed the few offending snowflakes left on her coat, she plopped herself at the bar, pulling her waist length orange hair back into a braid. Out of distress now, her forever changing eyes did what they always do: Match her mood. From under her pupils spilled a more contented and joyful green, eating up the grey that showed her hatred for cold like acid and leaving no trace of the shade.
Looking human was a bit deceptive, if not given away by the inconsistent eye color. It didnât really make her too many friends down here, but what could one do? She always worried about upsetting someone, and for that reason she kept her head a little lower, as if hoping to go unnoticed by the population in the small space. Between not looking the monster part and having bright hair, she was practically a neon sign. Here was to hoping there wouldnât be a fuss, all she wanted was to eat.Â
