珍しく中華料理と合わせてみたイタリア高級ワインのバローロ モンプリヴァート。 熟成バローロは中華料理とも意外に相性が良く、お互いの旨味を増しているように感じました。 単品で飲んでみても旨味が強いので満足のいく優雅な時間が過ごせそうです。
