They have a bunch of crap in their backpack, and have a collection of bottle caps they pick up off of the floor and pay somebody more talented to attach it to their tail jewellery. Their sound would be the instrument monkey stick. The stuff shoved in their backpack and the bottle caps is what makes that noise. They stim to trigger the sound. If they tic, it makes a loud noise that covers the sound a little, but can start a chain reaction where they keep ticking because the sound triggers it. My tics are very mild, so it wouldn’t be super common.
I didn’t put any incon supplies on this characters because I don’t know how Sprunkis would realistically handle incontinence since pads would impead their movement day to day and they could likely only have a suprapubic catheter because of bag placement needing to be lower than the tube. They don’t have legs to attach the bag to. I really don’t know. Harder to manage, either way.
