From Patna to IIBS: My Incredible MOM Program
Hello everyone! I'm Ritu Kumari from Patna, Bihar, currently pursuing my PGDM (Batch 2025–27) at IIBS Bengaluru. In this video, I share my experience of the MOM Program at IIBS.
The journey was filled with exciting indoor and outdoor activities, including a fun Treasure Hunt, visits to Nandi Hills, Adiyogi, and Pyramid Valley. The highlight of my experience was the Adventure Learning Program (ALP), where I stepped out of my comfort zone and learned new skills like rappelling, teamwork, confidence building, and leadership.
PGDM Began with Exploration, Confidence and New Learning
Coming from Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, with a background in B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture, Bikkina Sruthi, PGDM Batch 2025–27 at IIBS Bengaluru, began her management journey with new experiences and meaningful learning.
From trekking at Nandi Hills and Ramanagara to visiting Pyramid Valley and preparing a mall-based report, every activity helped her build confidence, practical understanding and self-growth.
Bridge courses in Finance, Economics and other subjects strengthened her basics and prepared her for the PGDM journey ahead.
For Sruthi, the beginning of PGDM became a perfect mix of learning, activities, exploration and personal development.
