My Mom's Marshmallow Fluff Fudge is a delightful treat that combines the richness of chocolate with the fluffy sweetness of marshmallow fluff. It's a perfect dessert for any occasion and is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Wrap parchment paper around an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off. Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a medium-sized saucepan and heat them over low heat. Keep mixing it until the butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth. After taking the pan off the heat, add the vanilla extract and stir it in. Add the marshmallow fluff and chopped nuts if using and mix them in well. Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. The parchment paper edges can be used to help you get the fudge out of the pan. Cut it into squares by putting it on a cutting board. Serve and have fun!
