The word āmolfarāĀ comes from the word āmolfaā, which means a bewitched, enchanted object. A wonderful book for all those interested in Ukrainian #folkmagic and #witchcraft. Donāt be discouraged that it is written in Ukrainian. I find that in this wonderful age that the google translate app does a great job. When I donāt know a word or am having trouble translating a sentance I just hold up my phone and it live translates the page.
