@moitoi-ryuko True. They donât like bringing people in. RT has become so insulated that itâs downright unhealthy. RT has the resources and connections to hire people who know how to write. They were included in Halo 3 back in 2007. Theyâve been big for over a decade and a half. They could literally hire well respected show writers to work on their shows without a problem. But they choose to move up people who admittedly arenât writers, donât know anything about writing, and havenât made any proper efforts to improve at the job they get paid money for. Theyâll have hordes of fans flock to praise and defend them no matter what. It doesnât make any logical sense. Theyâre so focused on keeping it in the family that theyâve shot themselves in the foot. The writers they have can put out nothing but crap and theyâll never have to worry about job security, so why even try?Â
