I dont mean to be rude, but is the things we do still ongoing? I really loved the story, and you guys havent posted in a while so i was wondering about it
At the moment we’re awaiting the confirmation of a possible cameo from one of Sy’s friends, so it’s brought our TTWD writing to a complete halt.
Aside from that, I’ve personally been considering reworking a few of my own characters in the story (Blackburn and Omri specifically rn) and I’ve briefly discussed with Sy about giving TTWD itself a brief kind of like... rework? Solely because I feel my sections in the beginning parts of the story are severely lacking and I’ve grown so much as a writer these past few years. Not to mention I’d love to beef up other bits of TTWD that I feel we kind of neglect or never touch on!!
A lot of ideas, but we haven’t decided on anything quite yet, not to mention I’ve picked up a few art jobs on the side. We really hope to get back to it soon though-- we miss our boys.

Wait what does the (bab) by Ana's name mean?
Ana (bab) as in his daughter, that way when I tag Blackburn’s old quartermaster Ana, people don’t get confused!
What kind of pirate was Black Burn? He seems kinda famous
Blackburn was more-so infamous than anything. He raided and pillaged just like any other pirate, but it was his technique, wit and advantages that made him a force to be reckoned with, a perfect base for a legend that’d stretch over a few generations of piracy…
The Great Captain Blackburn.
The alien’s wrath knew no bounds. They say bullets bounced off his skin, blades bent upon impact, plasma only gave him a petty rash and his claws could rip holes in the thickest of metals. Not only was he a one man army but a sorcerer of some kind. Some say he’d vanish in a blink of an eye, then reappear in a flash of crimson, a rival captains head in his bloody claws.
To some, he was a monster, to others, inspiration. But, despite all these strengths, his own crew was his downfall. Today, this still serves as a reminder to many modern pirates roaming the galaxy in search of their place amongst the stars.
Did Blackburn have any pirate rival/enemies?
He did... once. I’d imagine a lot of them are dead these days. But whoever might have managed to live so fucking long is probably no one too important to him. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not like he’d remember anyway, what with half of his head blown off. (Then again, maybe it’s a plot device we’ll use in the future, who knows.)
